Do You See Me?

b663bed54fe87cf953beb67bc92d8690

I see you! Not just the color of your eyes or hair, or how tall you are. I see YOU……Your beautiful soul……and who you truly are. Sure, our exterior can play a role in our life experiences and give us both positive and negative imprints on our hearts and minds. (I know I’ve experienced plenty of both in my life!)

What about those special moments when you lock eyes with someone and you just know that you know them? It isn’t knowing them because you met them somewhere before (were we old co-workers? the PTA?)…..it’s knowing their soul. I have met quite a few people in passing, whether at a store or on the street, where we’ve locked eyes, and both just know somehow. We give each other a little smile and a head nod, and go on our way.

And then there’s the really special times; you meet someone and you have this little gasp. Those times when you say, “I feel like we’ve met before”, “I feel like we’ve known each other our whole lives!”. It could happen when you meet your future life partner. It could happen when you meet the person who becomes your best friend. Your souls know one another! You could come from the same soul family, or you’ve experienced previous lives together before, and your souls determined before you entered this life that you would meet and help one another with certain life experiences we are to have on earth this go-around.

Next time you’re out, slow down and pay attention. Look past people’s clothing, any physical disability, the color of their skin or hair, their tattoos, etc. Look into their eyes. They truly are the window to the soul!

I’m sharing the link to Cyndi Lauper’s song, “True Colors”, because it reminds of this. Seeing someone’s true colors is the same as seeing their soul, who they truly are. Whether bad or good, you are really seeing them.

Have a great weekend, all you beautiful souls!

The Wise Ones

cosmic_sorceress_by_ldiehl-d2y8cat

“When you look into the eyes of a Wise One, you see deep wisdom, knowingness, and often sorrow from witnessing the history of Earth and humanity.”

Did you discover that you are a WISE ONE from the Earth Angel quiz? According to Doreen Virtue, the Wise Ones include reincarnated Sorceresses, High-Priestesses, Sorcerers, Wizards, Shamans and Witches.

You are described as intense, exotic, and eccentric. The Wise Ones glow from the inside. You look like romance novel characters, usually with long, silky hair; oval faces; and haunting eyes complete with a lifetime of shadows beneath them. Earth Angels from this realm possess profound wisdom and are highly intuitive. Their eyes are penetrating, and there’s no point in pretending or lying to Wise Ones, because the truth is apparent to them. Eccentric and flamboyant, Wise Ones love to dress in flowing garments reminiscent of romantic eras in the past. There’s a certain element of mystery accompanying each member of this realm. It’s obvious, when first meeting the gaze of Wise Ones, that they know. They really know.

The Wise Ones are humans with past lives in which they learned how to channel their power into miraculous healings and manifestations, including the ability to affect the weather and material objects (through levitation and telekinesis, etc.). These are the extremely powerful and well-trained magicians of the human race who were called out of “retirement” from the spirit world in order to come back to earth for the currently urgent situation on our planet.

Their energy is darker and heavier than the other Earth Angel realms. Wise Ones have a somber, serious, almost depressed energy, and they’re sometimes quite stern. In relationships, they’re highly opinionated in a helpful way. They’re the “stage moms” and directors of their friends and family members, always knowing the best route for others to take. If someone wants solid advice, they should ask a Wise One.

The common denominator of Wise Ones is the number of years they’ve logged learning to harness their magical powers. Some developed their own interest in metaphysics, and others were hand-picked as children and schooled in the psychic arts. The Wise Ones have lived as High-Priests and Priestesses in Atlantis, ancient Greece, and Egypt; during Arthurian times; among the Mayans, as Essenes; and as native medicine men and women. They’ve witnessed civilizations destroyed, and people murdered for their spiritual beliefs. The Wise Ones know and appreciate the innate darkness within the human ego, and they have an even greater appreciation and respect for the heights of which humans are capable. This is what they’ve come back to teach.

Members of the Wise Ones realms have spent lifetimes developing their spiritual and magical gifts. They’re well-practiced in the spiritual arts of manifestation, alchemy, and healing. They’re born as psychic children who may view their gifts as being curses, especially if they’re prescient about a forthcoming ‘negative’ situation. The children may blame themselves for not diverting a tragedy, since they foresaw it. Yet, if they were supposed to intervene, they would have been clearly told what to do to prevent the situation.

The majority of Wise Ones that Doreen interviewed had vivid memories of past lives where they were witches, wizards, priests, etc. Most of them had strong emotional reactions to the era of “witch burnings” from the years 1300 to 1700. Many of them have full or fragmented memories of being burned, hanged, or otherwise killed for their spiritual differences. The “witch-burning craze” consisted of a mass superstition that anything bad, whether it be spoiled crops or sick children, was caused by a witch’s spell. It was decided that the only way to purge this “evil” was through the burning of the witch’s blood. Many of the witches were hunted by their neighbors, local governments, and churches. In more humane situations, they were killed before being tied to a pole and set on fire. In France, Germany, and Switzerland, most witches were burned alive.

Even those who weren’t actually killed have conscience memories of this time period. They remember being afraid of the Inquisition, the Knights Templar, the Cathar trials (the Cathars were a pagan group in 13th century Europe who were targeted by Pope Innocent III and were hunted and put to death), and the other various ways in which the witch hunts manifested. The threat of death hung over everyone during those times, and the memory makes Wise Ones nervous about fully reopening their spiritual gifts.

As a result, many Wise Ones hold back from unleashing their great power because of these ancient memories! Yet, the reason why they’re elected to be here at this time is to teach and use those spiritual tools. A Wise One’s purpose involves dusting off their psychic and spiritual healing abilities. And since we can only feel happy and fulfilled if we’re engaged in our purpose, then it’s necessary for Wise Ones to open and redevelop these gifts.

The Wise Ones have a special affinity with the Elemental kingdom and vice versa. Not only do fairies and elves play a role in Earth-based spiritual practices, but deep friendships were forged between the Elementals and the Wise Ones. In ancient times, people recognized the benefits of working with the Elemental kingdom, yet the churches felt threatened by this power outside of their walls. So, a negative public-relations campaign against fairies, elves, and other Elementals was waged. To this day, many people are afraid of the beautiful Elementals.

Wise Ones are often accused of being “know-it-alls”. This accusation actually has a kernel of truth to it, because Wise Ones are tapped into the all-knowing collective unconscious. They’re also highly psychic. One Reincarnated Sorceress says, “Most often, I know what people are about to say. They get irritated with me because I finish their sentences.” Their children may accuse them of being a controlling parent; again, because of this realm’s compulsion to teach. Wise Ones can’t not teach; however, they can temper their instruction so that it’s more palatable. Instead of lecturing, they can create a teaching experience that’s entertaining and instructive.

As a Wise One, you’re a natural-born leader who’s respected because of your charisma, your air of confidence, the way that you carry yourself, and your personal power. People naturally respect and admire you; they’re even intimidated by you. So, they feel comfortable following your lead. Due to your many lifetimes of spiritual learning and teaching, you’d probably enjoy a career as a spiritual teacher, astrologer, psychic, spiritual healer, channeler, or oracle card reader. Most Wise Ones don’t do well as employees or followers, unless they respect their boss or leader. You would make an excellent company president or entrepreneur, especially with your organizational skills combined with your intuitive knowledge of how to improve situations.

Guidance and Suggestions if you’re a Wise One:

  • Honor the power of the word. Use vigilance with your thoughts and words to ensure that they mirror what you want, not what you fear. You manifest so quickly that you can’t afford to think or talk about your fears. Focus all your energies on manifesting your desires and life purpose.
  • Honor your past. Engage in past-life regressions to clear away leftover emotions that could be holding you back today. Read books and watch movies related to your past lives.
  • Be aware of the power of your temper. When a Wise One slings anger toward another person, it’s akin to casting a dark spell. Use your power carefully; and think twice before cursing someone, as this can hurt other people as well as come back to haunt you.
  • Teach what’s important to you. You’re always teaching by example. One reason to pull yourself up to your highest level is to inspire others. You elected to come to Earth to teach about human potential, so it’s important for you to model that in your own life.
  • Laugh and play. Even though you have a vital mission, it’s important to inject regular doses of playfulness into your life. Sincerity, not seriousness, is called for in your mission. Laughter also helps you heal any heartbreak suffered in this life or past ones.

So, my dear regal Wise Ones, I hope this information has helped you in having that “Aha!” moment of why you feel and act the way you do. If you’re not already teaching what you’re passionate about, my wish is that you will begin to do so. Please leave me a comment; I do love hearing from you!

SCORING: Count the number of TRUE answers for each successive group of SIX statements, beginning with the first six. Example: 1-6, 7-12, etc. The number of TRUE answers in each grouping that you noted may reveal which realm you’re from.

If you answered 4 or more TRUE’s to statement numbers 1 – 6, then you’re probably an INCARNATED ANGEL.

If you answered 4 or more TRUE’s to statement numbers 7 – 12, then you’re probably an INCARNATED ELEMENTAL.

If you answered 4 or more TRUE’s to statement numbers 13 -18, then you’re probably a STARPERSON.

If you answered 4 or more TRUE’s to statement numbers 19 – 24, then you’re probably a WALK-IN.

If you answered 4 or more TRUE’s to statement numbers 25 – 30, then you’re probably a WISE ONE.

What group did you most strongly relate to? Did you relate to more than one group? My next posts will give detailed information on these groups as well as those that are like ‘hybrids’ – a combination of more than one group. For example, I am a Mystic Angel, which is a cross between an Incarnated Angel and a Wise One; and it makes so much sense to me. Keep an eye out for my next post, coming real soon! And please let me know which group you’ve related to!

A Very Thankful Day

So a crazy thing happened the day after I published my last article on intuition (Recognizing the Flow of Intuition), which included how we may feel if we choose to ignore it. I say crazy because there are so many adjectives that I could use to describe this event. Here’s what happened:

My husband of 26 years chose to ignore his intuition, and if it wasn’t for his guides and angels intervening, he would now be on the other side. He is a diesel mechanic and works on all those big rigs you see going down the road. He was in one of his customer’s yards to work on a trailer fully loaded with luxury cars. Just as he was heading under the trailer on his creeper, he said he got a feeling that he shouldn’t be under there. He briefly stopped heading under as he received this feeling, then he chose to ignore it and went under the trailer. Aaaa!!!

He wasn’t under it very long when he heard a little noise and realized what was going to happen. He managed to get almost all of his body out from under the trailer when the jack slipped out and the trailer came down on him. The worst of his injuries is a torn ear, which required stitches. He also has a contusion above his heart (x-rays showed no damage internally). Why do we know he had help from spirit in this accident? From getting out from under as much he did (I can just picture them pulling his legs out), and from his head being turned to the side. It was several factors that came in to play here; the exact location of his exit, his head being turned, not being pinned…

So some of my other adjectives with this are: scary, dismay, shock, disappointment, grateful, appreciative, ….. you get the idea.

The hubby said he almost didn’t want me to know that he ignored the warning he received because he knew I’d be upset. Well, yeah. However, after my initial reaction of “how could you not listen to your intuition??”, I was just so grateful that I still had him here in the physical world, and that he was whole.

Recognizing the Flow of Intuition

As intuition is associated with feelings, it is common to experience physical or psychological sensations, both when the intuition is flowing and when we are not following it.

Intuition can show as:

  • Goose bumps or tingling up and down the spine
  • Clarity and inner peace
  • Happy butterflies in the stomach
  • And the feeling of “Aaaah! Yes! Of course!”

When we don’t follow it, we feel:

  • A sinking feeling, exhaustion, cold and hot shivers
  • An awareness that “I’ve done it again.”
  • Uneasiness in the stomach
  • A feeling of “Get out of this fast!”
  • Anxiety, depression, feeling trapped

Learning to recognize our own signs is important for a healthy intuition. Following the signs is even healthier! Living with regret depletes our energy and limits our joyful times.

Sources of Inner Wisdom or Intuition

These may vary according to the belief system of the individual, although it is not important to have a religious or spiritual belief in order to be intuitive. Ideas include:

  • Instinctual intuition, innate to our animal nature, a survival mechanism and to which, as human beings, we add experience, observation and cultural guidance to develop wisdom.
  • A history of knowing things, a quality passed down through the families, possibly through the genes. These people are known as the seers, or wise women.
  • Insight emerging from one’s higher self or inner self, the part of us which does not incarnate into the physical form, possessing a wisdom which is beyond minor, ego-based concerns.
  • Intuitive awareness coming through guidance, assuming a direct connection with the world of spirit or beings on other planes of existence. Links include with those who have passed over, such as ancestors or with those lovingly involved with the spiritual well-being of the individual. Intuitive guidance is commonly generated by Spirit Guides, by those of the Angelic realms and by the Masters.
  • Contact with the Collective Unconscious
  • Connection with God or the Creative Force
  • A whole brain experience where reception occurs through the right brain before passing across the corpus callosum to be brought into focus by the left-brain.

I strongly relate to #2 on the list, as I was born knowing things. Things that I shouldn’t have known at such a young age, however I did somehow. I also have a strong connection with my Spirit Guides and believe that my higher self has a lot to do with my intuition.

Which of these ideas do you resonate with? Do you believe you have another source for your intuition; one that I did not list? If you’re open to sharing, please leave a comment for me. We’re here to learn from each other!

What’s the Difference Between Intuition and Gut Feelings?

“Listen to your intuition. It will tell you everything you need to know”  – Anthony J. D’Angelo

I know there are a lot of people that would argue they are one and the same. Men especially use the phrase “I had a gut feeling” or a “gut reaction” and probably use those phrases from a combination of how they were raised (what their parents, and particularly their fathers, said) and feeling like the word ‘intuition’ is too feminine.

Gut feelings are instantaneous insights that accurately reflect disharmony. However, they can be unconsciously distorted by past experiences with unresolved emotions related to one’s own life. It is therefore important to temper such input with compassion and higher wisdom and be willing to go deep within one’s self so as to clear old prejudices and stories collected from the past.

As an example, you are introduced to someone who has the same first name as a previous boyfriend or girlfriend. On hearing their name, your gut feelings say, “Ugh. I don’t want anything to do with this person.” However, if you stopped and listened to your intuition, it says, “Isn’t it time you moved beyond this issue?”

Intuition is a sensory experience and therefore described as “gut feelings, a hunch, instinct” or felt “in the bones or the waters” while some people have “a nose for it” or “follow their nose.” It is a state of inner knowing which often emerges out of the blue. It is an immediate appreciation by the mind without reasoning. Men and women are equally intuitive; however, men are more apt to act on their intuition more than women by seeing it as ‘instinctual’ and therefore obvious. Women tend to second-guess themselves.

The purpose of intuition is to connect to expanding facets of ourselves, other people, and the world in which we live. When psychic abilities are used purely for material or ego gain, intuition is not evoked, for this inner knowing always leads to:
• Increased soul growth and development
• Increased self-consciousness and awareness
• Increased benefit to all concerned starting with those close and extending to the universe.

Our intuition will never let us down. It is we who let it down by:
• Hearing only what we want to hear
• Failing to trust it fully
• Applying limiting logic
• Not following through on the advice

I’ll have more information on intuition in the days to come, including how to recognize the flow of our intuition and the sources of our intuition.
